What's Covered

Every Noodlenaut Build A Fort Kit is backed by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes defective panels, broken or missing connectors, and structural issues that prevent normal assembly or play.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear from regular use, decoration, or play. Damage caused by water, excessive force, or use outside the product's intended purpose. Missing pieces due to customer error (contact us and we'll help).

How to Make a Claim

1. Email us at help@noodlenaut.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. We'll review your claim within 2 business days.
3. If approved, we'll send a replacement part or full replacement kit at no charge.

Proof of Purchase

Please keep your order confirmation email. We may ask for your order number to verify the purchase date.
